Cookery Craft and Cake & Deco Making

This event is held on the 12 April 2009. It was part of thier project subject because they need to figure out what project they would like to do. In the end, they came out with an idea cookery craft. Cookery craft have 3 main agenda. One is western cookinig, second is fruit carving and the last is table setting and napkin folding.

The event name cookery craft was held at Taman Sena Indah Repoh, Kangar. It was considered a successful event held by group of student from POLYTECHNIC TUANKU SYED SIRAJUDDIN, Perlis. The event consist of 6 group member. Each of them play an important role to make the event run and succesful. Even thought there were so many obstalces ahead they manage to gone thought it. It was tiring for the group and also their support team.

At the end of the event everyone are very tired.

their project was held on the 11 of april 2009 at the kitchen 1b at Pauh Inn Educational Training Centre. The person in charge of teaching is a invited chef.

Fruit carving class held by DHK 6 group

Last week on the 28 of March 2009, DHK 6 group held a fruit carving class for their project. Their main purpose is to teach student from the hotel catering student second semester the basic carving technique. As the group consist of Ken, Wai, Zul, Jannah, Kak Mira and Siti Nafisha propose this as thier final semester project to thier lecturer. As far the event held everything run smoothly. The chef we ask came from Brasmana Hotel, Perlis. His name is Hafiz. Two session were held one is the morning session for diploma student while the afternoon session for the certificate student.
