The event was held on the 27 of April 2009 at the PTSS Main Hall. The process of laying and softening the YELLOW GLUTINOUS RICE started at 10am in the morning. Before that our lecturer En Azhar brief us the procedure during the process of laying the YELLOW GLUTINOUS RICE.

During the opening ceremony of PIETC website on the 7 of May 2009 together with VCD corporate PIETC and Zoe Garden at the hospitality public area. At last the website project finally finish and official opening from the Head of Department.

Department dinner held on the 29 of April 2009 at the PTSS main hall at 8pm. Every semester hospitality department held their semester end dinner at the main hall of PTSS. Every year student from the hospitality department increase. This year there are about 900student from the hotel and tourism.

It was a time for final examination after final presentation project. Quite a hectic not only need to finish project report for cookery and also need to did some job for multimedia task given for presentation project.

Well on the 11 until the 12 MAY 2009, there was a presentation project for final semester student for hospitality department. Hotel and Tourism was combine to prepare the presentation event held at the banquet. It was a tiring event. At least 13 group present for 2 days after selected by the supervisor lecturer. What a release after present the final project and the panel ask some important question about the project that we did.
