Battle of the Chef and Iron Chef held by MSU


Held at the Pauh Inn Educational Training Centre for 2 days. The competition held on the 26 - 27 March 2009. The judge come from Management and Science University to give mark to the competitor. The competition held are fruit carving, table setting, hot cooking and cold cooking. Hot cooking and cold cooking based on western style of cooking. Preparation for the hot and cold cooking held at the banquet kitchen. Meanwhile for the table setting held in the banquet room. Lastly fruit carving at the Pauh Inn lobby.
